Client Rights

What safety measures are in place?
We follow strict safety and infection control practices, including proper hygiene, use of protective equipment when needed, and adherence to safety protocols.
What happens in an emergency?
In case of an emergency, caregivers will call 911 first, then notify the agency. We also maintain emergency contact information for all clients.
Are your caregivers trained?
Yes. All caregivers are screened, trained, and meet all required qualifications, including background checks and applicable certifications.
Are caregivers supervised?
Yes. Our services are overseen by qualified supervisors who ensure quality care and compliance with all standards.
Who is responsible for payment?
Clients are responsible for payment of all services provided unless otherwise arranged.
Will I be notified of rate changes?
Yes. Clients will receive written notice of any rate changes in advance.
